Description

Christians in Politics is delighted to be hosting an event in the Palace of Westminster for students looking to engage with government and politics after university.

During the event we will be looking at the biblical case for positive engagement in government and politics and taking time for prayerful reflection, hearing from MPs, civil servants and others working in the political sphere to hear about and learn from their experiences, and hosting a Q&A session with a panel of MPs including Tim Farron, MP for Westmorland and Lonsdale, Rachael Maskell, MP for York Central and Gary Streeter, MP for South West Devon.

The event will also provide a forum to connect with fellow students with an interest in this field and to meet representatives from Christian student organisations and graduate programmes, showcasing the range of opportunities available.

If you are thinking about what engagement in government and politics looks like for you after graduation, this event is not to be missed!
